About SolarCare

Who We Are

At SolarCare, I’ve brought together a group of proven builders—experienced contractors who have spent years in the field constructing solar projects across New York. We came together because we’ve seen the same problems repeat job after job.

SolarCare isn’t learning your site on your dime. We maintain with a builder’s understanding—how it was installed, how it’s supposed to function, where it fails first, and what it takes to keep it producing.

What We’ve Built in New York

Our team’s background covers the full scope of utility and commercial solar construction, including:
  • Civil construction supporting 30+ MW of combined construction experience That means we understand the site from the ground up—roads, drainage, grading, and trench routes—so our maintenance keeps access open, prevents washouts, and protects long-term site stability.
  • Electrical and mechanical team leadership on New York solar builds from 3 MW to 10 MW Since we’ve led the install side, we can maintain and troubleshoot systems with the right priorities—reduce downtime, catch failures early, and protect production.
  • Hands-on build experience with racking, trackers, foundations, and field hardwareBecause we’ve put this equipment in the ground, we know where it fails first—so our inspections focus on loose hardware, settlement, alignment issues, torque points, and damage trendsbefore they become major repairs.
  • Field problem-solving through real construction challenges
When issues pop up—damaged components, incomplete closeout items, recurring defects—we know how to isolate the cause, document it clearly, and execute repairs that match the site’s design and standards.
  • New York terrain and environmental constraint experience
We’ve built in tough conditions, so we maintain without creating new problems—protect drainage paths, control erosion, manage vegetation correctly, and stay aligned with permit limits.
  • Controls and system integration awareness from real installs
We don’t do “walk-by maintenance.” We focus on performance—confirming systems operate as intended and flagging issues that impact production, including wiring problems, grounding concerns, equipment faults, and performance red flags.
How We Work

Inspect → Document → Repair → Verify

I run SolarCare with a closed-loop process, because maintenance only works when we prove the fix—not just talk about it.

01

Inspect

We perform disciplined site walks and targeted checks to catch issues early—before they turn into production loss, safety risk, or expensive emergency repairs.

02

Document

We capture clear findings with photos, locations, and priority levels so decisions are quick and execution is clean.

03

Repair

We correct issues using the right trade—civil, electrical, or mechanical—based on how the site was built and the standards it must operate under.

04

Verify

We confirm the repair is complete and working. Verification prevents repeat failures and closes out the issue the right way.

Overview

What We Maintain

Because we’ve built the systems we maintain, SolarCare supports the full site—not just the panels. Our focus is keeping your solar field safe, compliant, efficient, and sustainable.
