String trimming around posts, foundations, and fences where mowers can’t safely reach.

Vegetation clearance under and in front of modules to prevent shading and keep airflow around the panels.

Brush and sapling control so small bushes and young trees don’t become long-term shading or root issues.

Perimeter and fence-line maintenance so access roads, gates, and security fences stay clear and visible.

Erosion and drainage observation while we’re on site, noting washouts, bare spots, or standing water that could threaten the racking or cabling.

Photo documentation of conditions before and after work, so owners have a visual record of how the site is being maintained.
