Drone + IR thermal inspection
Performance-focused anomaly detection
SolarCare provides a structured maintenance program built to protect production, safety, compliance, and long-term asset reliability. Our program is designed for owners who want the site kept clean, accessible, and operating properly—without overcomplicating the scope.
Our Maintenance Workflow:
Inspect → Document → Correct → Verify
SolarCare’s maintenance program is built around one formal inspection per year, supported by four vegetation (lawn) cuts per year to control shading risk, maintain access, and keep the facility operating in a clean, compliant condition.
This annual inspection is also a strong way to confirm site conditions for warranty purposes—by documenting findings clearly, tying them to locations, and establishing a defensible record of issues, dates, and corrective actions when warranty claims need support.
SolarCare evaluates the site as a full operating system—not just modules.

Access, hazards, priority risks

Prioritized findings (Critical / High / Routine)

Visible defects, grounding concerns, wire management conditions

Row/area references for all findings

Racking/tracker condition indicators where applicable

What to fix, why it matters, and recommended sequence

Roads, entrances, drainage risk areas

Date-stamped evidence and condition notes that help validate claims

Condition observations

How SolarCare confirms closure if remediation is performed

Problem zones identification

Standard: 24–72 hours after the inspection visit (site size dependent)

Performance-focused anomaly detection
Corrective actions for identified issues
Verification and closeout reporting
Scope dependent infrastructure work
Even though the formal inspection is annual, SolarCare supports ongoing site awareness through the vegetation visits, which helps catch issues before they grow into major downtime.
Get maintenance that prevents downtime with early detection, clear reporting, correct repairs, and verification.
